Terms of Service

Last updated 4 October 2026

These terms govern montanapep.com and every order placed with us. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past, and the research-use conditions in sections 2 and 4 are the ones that matter most.

1. Who we are

MontanaPep, also known as Montana Peptides, is an independently owned research-materials supplier based at 715 13th Ave S, Great Falls, Montana, in operation since 2024. These Terms of Service govern your use of montanapep.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Research use only

Every product MontanaPep sells is supplied exclusively as a research material for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not sold as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements or medical devices, and they are not for human or veterinary use, or for diagnostic or therapeutic use of any kind. There are no exceptions.

No order is accepted without the purchaser’s certification. Every order requires you to identify your purchaser type and research application, and to certify by electronic signature that every product will be used solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research and will not be resold or supplied to anyone for any other purpose.

Refusal of sale. We refuse or cancel any order, and may decline any future order, where there is reason to believe a product is intended for any purpose other than laboratory research.

3. Age requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to browse this catalog or place an order. You confirm your age when you enter the catalog and again when you sign your order agreement.

4. No usage guidance

MontanaPep supplies research materials only. We do not provide protocols, preparation instructions or usage guidance of any kind, and our staff will not discuss any use of our products other than laboratory research — in person, by telephone, by text message or by email.

As the purchaser you are responsible for the laboratory handling, storage and disposal of the materials, for the qualified judgment applied to your own research, and for compliance with every federal, state and local law, licensing requirement and institutional requirement that applies to you.

5. Ordering and acceptance

Submitting an order through this site is an offer to purchase, not a completed sale. An order is accepted only when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at our discretion — including where an item is out of stock, where information provided is incomplete or cannot be verified, where an address falls outside a delivery range, or where we believe an order is inconsistent with these terms.

Every order receives a unique order number. Please quote it in any correspondence about that order.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price displayed when you submit it. We accept cash for local pickup, Zelle, Cash App, USDT and BTC. Card payments are being introduced and will carry a processing fee disclosed in your cart before you submit.

We do not receive, handle or store full card numbers. Card transactions, when available, are processed by a third-party payment processor under its own terms.

7. Electronic signatures

Where this site asks you to type your full legal name and email address and to check a box confirming agreement, that constitutes your electronic signature under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN) and the Montana Uniform Electronic Transactions Act. An agreement signed that way is as binding as one signed on paper, and we retain a record of it with your order.

8. Accuracy of our content

Our research library is compiled from primary literature, trial records and regulatory documents, and every claim is linked to its source so you can check it. We publish it as a reference, not as advice, and we make no warranty that it is complete or current. Where sources conflict we say so. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MontanaPep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the courts of Cascade County, Montana.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published on the date you submitted it, and the date above shows when this page last changed.
